- Manufacturer Warranty CPFilms warrants the products specified below against cracking, peeling or demetalizing for preiods specified below when installed in a vehicle by an authorized LLUMAR/CPFilms installer in accordance with manufacturer's recommended installation procedures.
Traditional non-metal films (AT Grey or Jet) are warranted for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase
UVShield is warranted for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle. UV absorbers will change slightly over time depending on atmospheric conditions. These minor changes are not considered warranty defects.
Premium metal combinations and high performance metal combinations (ATR Bronze) are warranted for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle.
Platiunum Plus and LLumastar (AT,ATC,ATC Charcoal, Axcess and AIR80blsphpr) are warranted against color change for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle.
The above warranty does not cover fading or any defects other than those specified above, and is made solely to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. IF any product specified above fails to conform to the warranty during the application period, Purchaser may obtain replacement and installation of the product free of charge at any authorized LLUMAR/CPFilms installer anywhere in the United States and Canada.
This product is to be used in compliance with all applicable state or provincial laws. Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed of implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. CPFilms shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damages related to the use of this product in an illegal manner. Film removed by anyone other than a CPFilms authorized dealer invalidates warranty.
Car Audio/Video Installation
Custom Car Audio warrants all installations completed by Custom Car Audio for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle. The warranty does not cover removal os the equipment, unless done so by a M.E.C.P. certified person. Any alteration to the existing installation not done by Custom Car Audio voids the warranty.
